How do I restrict access to CallCabinet by IP Address

In order to restrict access to your CallCabinet account the Admin must enable the IP Whitelist feature under settings and add the approved IP Address. This is a useful feature when combined with SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication as an additional layer of security to prevent unwanted access to your CallCabinet tenant.


  1. Admin access to General Settings within customer’s CallCabinet Tenant Account

Configuration Steps:

  1. Login to CallCabinet with a user account with Admin privileges
  2. Go to Settings | IP Whitelist
  3. Enable IP Whitelist
  4. Add IP Address(s) for user(s) approved to login to CallCabinet
