The following steps explain how you can download your call data from CallCabinet should your Microsoft Teams free trial expire, and you do not wish to continue using CallCabinet.
Login to CallCabinet and navigate to Main Menu → Call Listings Page
From the call Listings Page, you are able to select and download a total of 50 calls at a time.
Change the number of items displayed to 50 at the bottom of the Call Listings Page.
Select the calls you wish to download by either selecting them individually or use the bulk or multiple selection tool in the top left-hand corner of the data table on the Call Listings Page.
To download your calls, click on the download icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the page.
Your calls will now be downloaded directly to your preferred download folder.
