Can I restrict Users to only access and listen to a specific group(s) of people’s call recordings?
EXAMPLE: Grant permission for the sales team manager to access his team’s calls but not the rest of the organization’s call recordings.
Yes, this can be done, the first step is to create the groups you wish to use for restriction. Navigate to Settings>Agent Groups and create a group(s), then add the agents into the group(s).
Once a group(s) has been created you are able to restrict a user to a specific group under Settings>Restricted User Roles.
