Can I restrict Users to access & listen to recordings from Sites?

Can I restrict Users to only access and listen to call recordings from one of our specific Sites that are being recorded?

NOTE: The term “Site” refers to a specific geographic location, the business “Site” where calls are being recorded. These locations could be within the same country (regional sites) or across countries (international sites).

EXAMPLE: You have offices in Florida, USA and Johannesburg, South Africa. You want employees in Florida to only have access to the recordings from the Site in Florida and not the Site in Johannesburg.

Yes, this can be done, the first step is to create the sites you wish to use for restriction if they haven’t already been created. Navigate to Settings>Site Management to manage your sites.

Once a site has been created you are able to restrict a user to a specific site under Settings>Restricted User Roles.
