In order to restrict access to your CallCabinet account the Admin must enable the IP Whitelist feature under settings and add the approved IP Address. This is a useful feature when combined with SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication as an additional layer of security to prevent unwanted access to your CallCabinet tenant.
Requirements:
- Admin access to General Settings within customer’s CallCabinet Tenant Account
Configuration Steps:
- Login to CallCabinet with a user account with Admin privileges
- Go to Settings | IP Whitelist
- Enable IP Whitelist
- Add IP Address(s) for user(s) approved to login to CallCabinet
