Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

We are currently interviewing for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team member to join our growing corporate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships, and positioning our solutions to meet client needs.

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth in the call recording, compliance and analytics market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships, and positioning our solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients using various lead generation methods including online research, networking events, and inbound marketing leads.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.

2. Sales & Client Management:

  • Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated with the latest features and benefits of our products.
  • Understand industry trends and competitor products to position our solutions effectively.

4. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets:

  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide sales forecasts.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the call recording, compliance, analytics OR enterprise software industry.

2. Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

3. Attributes:

  • A keen understanding of the sales process and client psychology.
