How To Install Atmos for GoToConnect Powered by Jive

This document will take you through the installation and set up instructions to both install and configure the CallCabinet Atmos compliance recording for GoToConnect Powered by Jive

Prerequisites

  1. Access to the Jive administration portal

Installation Steps

  1. Create an account in Atmos, this can be done by Jive directly, by logging into Atmos, clicking on “Partner View” and selecting “Add New Customer” or by the customer directly by visiting https://atmos.callcabinet.com/Account/Register?d=jive
  2. Once created, please log a support ticket with the CallCabinet team (email: support@callcabinet.com) and supply the following info relative to the specific account:
    1. CallCabinet Atmos CustomerID
    2. CallCabinet Atmos SiteID
  3. Our support team will respond with the following information
    1. AWS Access Key ID
    2. AWS Secret Access Key
    3. Bucket Name
  4. Navigate to System Settings -> Recording in the Jive Administration portal
    Navigate to System Settings
  5. Select your preferred recording methodology

  6. Set the recording type to WAV49

  7. Enter the ID, Key and Bucket name that have been supplied
    connect-aws
  8. Click “Apply”
  9. Finally, remember to click “Save”
  10. Sit back and relax, all calls should now be securely encrypted and stored within the Atmos account
